Job description

A US-based company that is committed to improving the emotional health of its employees is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be performing some meaningful mission-based work to help develop a robust and elegant platform. The company is utilizing the power of frictionless, technology-enabled mental healthcare. They have managed to raise more than $12mn during their Series A round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal APIs for supporting client, clinical, and administrative applications
  • Integrate third-party services for scheduling, video conferencing, billing, etc.
  • Develop data collection tools systems to capture client interaction patterns to improve existing and new product
  • Manage and scale existing service deployments in AWS

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Must possess a deep understanding of working with Node
  • A thorough understanding of technologies likeGraphQL is preferred
  • Knowledge of working with Postgres is highly recommended
  • Ability to utilize cloud services like AWS
  • Expertise in working with Typescript or JavaScript will be a big bonus
