Job description

A U.S.-based company on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry by tapping into the power of advanced technology is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer. The developer will be responsible for building tools and implementing back-end-focused features and systems. The NASDAQ-listed company’s mobile-first services provide users with a range of award-winning interiors and curated neighborhoods to choose accommodations from. The company has managed to securely raise $800 mn+ in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to ideate and produce new feature concepts 
  • Solve technical problems with good implementation
  • Contribute development ideas to the product roadmap
  • Create a long-term impact on the stack's direction

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Python
  • At least 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with AWS
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with GraphQL
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
