Job description

A fast-growing company developing branded NFT markets for an end-to-end solution and tokenized client engagement is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be improving web applications for performance and scalability. The company is backed by industry veterans, VCs, and partners and is making blockchain accessible to a wider audience by integrating technology with design thinking. They have managed to secure $18mn+ in funding during their Seed round of funding. This will be a great chance to Research novel solutions to complex and unexplored engineering challenges.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to design impactful products
  • Perform and uphold code best practices
  • Produce high-quality code and raise the bar for all engineering team members
  • Improve scalable distributed systems on the cloud
  • Perform quality assurance/debugging procedures to ensure a secure and functional delivery
  • Establish testing procedures for managing successful deployments in development, staging, and production environments
  • Recommend system solutions by comparing cons and pros of custom development and purchase alternatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Prolific experience working with Go
  • Extensive experience with modern database technologies like PostgreSQL
  • Prior experience with GitHub, GitLab, and code repository best practices
  • Solid experience with AWS or similar cloud-based hosting/server solutions
  • Experience architecting software and designing data models
