Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company that is developing world-class electrical vehicle manufacturing and distribution services is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with product teams and engineering professionals. The company is on an ambitious growth to reduce its carbon footprint and build a greener future for the coming generations. The company has managed to secure more than $10.5bn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building, optimizing, and maintaining the platform while focusing on performance and scalability
  • Work closely with business and engineering teams to define, implement and support high-tech operations
  • Plan timelines with scoping and work estimates 
  • Work on medium or large-scale projects independently 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Extensive experience or interest in working with DevOps
  • Prolific experience working with AWS Services, API Gateway, and Lambdas
  • Demonstrable experience with DocumentDB, CloudWatch, GraphQL, and NodeJS
  • Nice to have some Amplify and AWS CDK experience
  • Prior experience with Terraform and Gitlab CI on the DevOps side is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
