Job description

A rapid API connection platform for developers is looking for a Senior Back-End API Developer. The developer will build out various connectors, integrations, and APIs to improve and enhance the platform. The company greatly impacts the world by helping developers stay productive through the production-scale serverless platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of visionaries with experience building internet-scale applications and managing data pipelines at startups and high-growth organizations. This position requires an overlap with PST/EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver code, tests, and tooling that will help the team build scalable production software
  • Prioritize issues in the task list and go through to complete them
  • Write components and submit code for reviews
  • Define, scale, and improve the infrastructure, APIs, and services

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Previous experience working with Silicon Valley companies and on large projects
  • Sound open source expertise, Git and GitHub
  • Good interest and proficiency with APIs to document and interact effectively with them
  • A background in Python, Typescript, or JavaScript is nice to have
  • Fluency in English communication
