Job description

An emerging company providing a B2B SaaS solution for engineering teams that aids in the implementation of a data-driven culture in order to improve people and process efficiency, is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be guided by a team of senior developers and will help to build robust, scalable, and user-facing web applications. The company aims to help engineering teams to release features more frequently in less time while avoiding team burnout. This is a nice opportunity for developers who are just starting out to work with industry experts and gain some first-hand experience.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate best practices and learn from industry veterans
  • Understand requirements, write code and come up with the technical implementation of the feature
  • Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to build good relationships, learn from them, and support them in all ways possible to deliver quality products for the company
  • Constantly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools to make the development process more efficient
  • Ensure that all work assigned is completed on time and tested thoroughly before submission to the quality assurance team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Python, Django/Flask, and React.js
  • Strong SQL experience with technologies like PostgreSQL
  • Experience with continuous delivery systems and in build tools like CI/CD and Git
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and responsible with a superb execution
  • Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability
