Job description

A US-based healthtech company that is helping reverse the intergenerational crisis of poor mental and physical health, is looking for a Junior Full-stack Developer. The developer will be working primarily with the COO and CEO on connecting new software to their database and building out the next generation of their platform. The company is helping over 30K members to successfully make the switch from medication to gut-healthy food in order to crush the DIS (Doubt, Inflammation and Stress) in DISease. It is the world’s first gut-health, food as medicine program that supercharges health from the inside out by restoring the gut-brain connection, preventing and reversing chronic DISease. This will be a unique opportunity for developers to work for a global movement of individuals, employers, health plans and families.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as a full-stack development associate to provide additional support for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to connect new software to existing databases 
  • Contribute to developing the next generation of existing platforms
  • Work on connecting APIs and building automation processes 
  • Communicate with executive leadership and necessary team members on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Must have in-depth professional working experience with PHP, JavaScript, and Laravel 8
  • Should be an expert at Linux Command line 
  • Deep knowledge of technologies like HTML/CSS will be an advantage
