Job description

One of the rapidly growing platforms to verify licenses and certificate authenticity is looking for a Full-stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for creating web consoles to enable businesses to perform data verification easily. The platform integrates with various services, marketplaces, or platforms that rely on constant, scalable identity verification. The candidate will also work on building internal tools and dashboards to automate web-crawling and data extraction. This is a full-time position that requires a time overlap of 6 hours with PST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build the web console to make verification data easily available for businesses
  • Build internal tooling and dashboard to automate the web-crawling and data extraction process
  • Design and implement well thought out services, systems, and solutions that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable
  • Participate and contribute to discussions and decisions to create and improve the application architecture and the software development processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or back-end engineer
  • Must be proficient with AWS and React
  • Strong programming fundamentals and knowledge of data structure, database concepts, and runtimes 
  • Experience building scalable systems and services from scratch
  • Nice to have some experience in Python, Lambdas, DynamoDB, SQL, and ElasticSearch
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and web crawlers/spiders
