Job description

A US-based brokerage platform that provides property management and cash-flow services to residential property owners, is looking for a Full Stack Engineer. As an engineer, you'll be responsible for building a system that can benefit the NextGen of property management. The selected candidate will work closely with different people across various teams to fulfill the requirements for future products. The company is pioneering a new class of property management services leveraging technology. It has raised a fund of over $15mn so far and is backed by Silicon Valley investors. This is a rare opportunity for those who want to create futuristic products while working with a rapidly growing company.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Compose modular APIs and infrastructural components together into a cohesive experience across web & mobile
  • Create a technical vision for how an idea turns into a shipped product, and own the end-to-end delivery of that product
  • Dig deeper into both technical and business problems to understand their root causes and create robust solutions
  • Apply pragmatism in balancing the short term business needs against the long-term vision when making technical and non-technical tradeoffs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience working with Python programming
  • 4+ years of technical experience as a software engineer or technical lead
  • Experience with writing elegant, maintainable code in Python or Node.js
  • Expertise in modern client-side Javascript frameworks, such as React
  • Experience working with AWS, Flask, and Django is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with relational databases, including how to create flexible designs to model real-world systems
