Job description

A US-based firm that is providing AI/ML solutions for E-Commerce businesses, is looking for a Full-stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications while influencing a growing, early stage team committed to building meaningful technology and a market-leading company. The company empowers consumers to make better purchase decisions by creating value and innovative software solutions for E-commerce. This is a nice opportunity for developers to work with a team of versatile, critical thinkers. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developer teams and PMs to develop ideas for software solutions
  • Work on developing both - client-side and server-side architectures
  • Develop and maintain efficient databases and applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable APIs
  • Test and troubleshoot applications for usability and efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Proficient with Laravel/ PHP
  • Strong experience working with Python and GCP 
  • Experience in working with Go, Docker, and Vagrant is highly desirable
  • Must be adept with agile methodologies
  • Must be an expert at source code management, CI/CD solutions (Git, Stash, Jenkins, and/or Maven) 
  • Should possess prior experience in working with monitoring or data collection tools
  • Well-versed with IP networking, VPN, DNS, load balancing and fire-walling
  • Being an AWS Certified - DevOps Engineer Professional or Google Cloud Certified - Cloud DevOps Engineer will be a huge advantage
  • Must be proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Candidates who can communicate clearly in Spanish/Portuguese will be preferred
