Job description

A rapidly growing SaaS company with up to 8 million users globally and relied upon by some of the world's largest companies including Apple, Google, Amazon, Adobe, etc., is looking for a Full-stack Developer. As a developer, you will be responsible for developing and architecting critical components of the product. The candidate will also work on creating processes, discussing timelines, design concerns, and providing helpful feedback and guidance to the team members. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to join a profitable, high-growth start-up and create a lasting impact. The role requires a time overlap of 4-5 hours with the West Coast.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop critical architectural components and applications
  • Lead ideation processes and implement solutions
  • Work closely with other team members to develop high-quality products
  • Identify and troubleshoot major development process blockers
  • Write, review and test for coding problems keeping project requirements in mind  

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Well versed with CS concepts like operating systems and virtual memory
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of TCP vs UDP, file systems, networks, and databases
  • Strong understanding of modern web application architecture elements like SPAs, AJAX, CORS, JSONP, cookies, sessions, and database caches
  • In-depth understanding of Unix operating system
  • Familiarity with skills like Python, AWS, AngularJS is preferred
  • Ability to write clean and structured codes that can handle massive amounts of requests every hour
