Job description

A US-based software company focused on empowering data and marketing innovation in multiple industries, is looking for a Full-stack Developer (Angular/Node). The developer will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment of roadmap items. The candidate is expected to be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. The company has partnered with small to medium-sized brands selling through various channels to understand and solve complex problems. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Design the client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of the applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs and perform software tests to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Write technical documentation, troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Work with the technical project and product managers, including the customer success teams to improve the product as they evolve based on the product roadmap and customer feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role 
  • Proven track record of developing scalable SaaS applications
  • Proficiency with Git and JavaScript frameworks, with emphasis on Angular and Node.js
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript), with emphasis on TypeScript
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) 
  • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora, etc.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, with emphasis on AWS CDK and related stack
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Sound organizational skills, an analytical mind with the ability to pay great attention to detail
