Job description

A rapidly-growing company building a world-class healthcare platform is looking for a Full-Stack WordPress Developer. The developer will be in charge of architecting, designing, and building high-quality software. The company aims to revolutionize the care industry with their medical professionals-run platform. This will be a full-time position requiring some overlap with the PST/IST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create highly functional form templates and insert them similar to WordPress page templates
  • Implement rapid iteration and agile approaches to software development
  • Maintain high performance and compatibility across data platforms
  • Be a full-fledged contributor in the team and help and mentor junior engineers 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience in WordPress Open Source Integration within the company’s platform and WordPress e-commerce
  • Ability to work with the existing development team and improve existing code
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in WordPress (PHP) 
  • Experience in ReactJS
  • Nice to have strong UX and front-end design skills 
  • Familiarity using the latest Cloud-based tools, including JIRA, Slack, GitHub, and AWS
  • Must have experience in agile-based development using regular Sprint planning 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
