Job description

A US-based company building a cloud-native platform to help businesses to modernize loan servicing and loss mitigation services is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of writing clean, reliable, and highly maintainable code. The company's innovative platform is assisting in the automation of difficult and manual loan servicing processes. The company has managed to raise more than $6.5mn during their Series A round of funding. This will be a full-time, long-term position requiring some overlap with the EST/CST time zones. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable code that complies with industry standards and best practices
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of data-driven services and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with the team to develop software features that meet technical and business requirements 
  • Make and keep technical documentation for future implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack software engineer 
  • Extensive experience in JavaScript and Python
  • Nice to have experience in the financial services domain 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
