Job description

A fast-growing company that is creating game-changing features and solutions that will revolutionize the apartment-hunting process and make it more seamless, e-commerce compatible, and practical, is looking for a Full-Stack Sitecore Engineer. The engineer will be collaborating closely with stakeholders to define the scope of work for future releases. The company's goal is to enhance the apartment-buying experience for customers and provide them with business intelligence solutions to help residents have a more tailored experience. This position requires 4+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business operations and requirements and be able to translate them into creative functioning applications while juggling competing priorities
  • Work with the BAs, Scrum Master, Leads, and other members of the Scrum team to comprehend business needs and develop innovative features and solutions to advance the product roadmap
  • Participate directly in the development, upkeep, technical support, management, and documentation of Sitecore applications
  • Develop the website's features and functions utilizing the Sitecore .NET back-end of the CMS

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • 3+ years of extensive experience developing applications in C#/.NET
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience working with Sitecore as well as modern web frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
  • Demonstrable experience applying microservices principles, design, and architecture patterns
  • Prior experience interacting with and coding APIs
  • Familiarity with Azure
  • Strong sense of accountability, personal integrity, and collaboration
  • Possess a "self-starter" mindset and the ability to act autonomously
  • Must have a growth mindset and a drive to learn and embrace difficulties
  • Strong problem solver while being innovative and passionate about work
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
