Job description

The engineer will be expected to work closely with the team and participate actively in developing the team's plan and vision. The U.S.-based company's tailored algorithms quicken the development of human memory and measure skill in real time. This is a nice opportunity for developers who are eager to work in a fast-paced environment while developing innovative solutions. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preserving code quality and restructuring the current code 
  • Help teams develop their efforts to generate successful products
  • Must be opinionated and contribute to the scope 
  • Cooperate with team members proactively and keep them in the loop about the latest development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English communication
