Job description

A well-established US-based company that provides people with a platform to connect with high-quality designs created by independent artists is looking for a Full-Stack Python Engineer. The engineer will be tasked with designing, developing, and documenting the user interface, among other tasks. The company allows customers to get their hands on amazing designs from independent artists that would otherwise be unavailable through regular merchants. During their Series E round, the company was able to secure $295 mn+ in funding. This will be a full-time position that may lead to long-term opportunities and requires an overlap of 4+ hours with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of design and architectural patterns and know when to apply them
  • Assist peers in idea implementation and bounce ideas and solutions off them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Write well-documented, clean, testable code
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve multi-faceted technical challenges

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience working with Python
  • Team player but also capable of working independently
  • Great collaboration and documentation skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English communication
