A rapidly-growing company developing industry-leading security data solutions that make it easier to stay secure with the best Python vulnerability data is looking for a Full-Stack Python Developer. The developer will be tasked with designing and developing efficient features while ensuring the responsiveness of applications. The company helps businesses to track signals in public source control data, and leverage natural language analysis. This is a nice opportunity for developers who enjoy working with industry experts while tackling complex problems. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the entire software development lifecycle from building the back-end and front-end of new features to testing, deploying, and performing maintenance
  • Troubleshoot the application using a test-oriented approach
  • Bring concepts down to actionable software development steps
  • Create and update Django models and work with new routes and middleware

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Python
  • Comfortable working with the Django framework
  • Demonstrable experience with relational databases and are quick to understand how its tables are connected
  • Comfortable constructing SQL queries in an efficient manner
  • Extensive experience in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Prior experience with recent JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React
  • Experience with Git and GitHub, and worked with other developers using these tools
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to succinctly report the issues that you discover
