Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company reinventing the hospitality sector by providing tech-driven solutions that will help them better serve their customers' expectations is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of planning, designing, and executing end-to-end web architecture. The company provides consumers with accommodations that are designed for travel and live in locations all around the world. The company has managed to securely raise close to $850 mn+ in funding so far.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build key components of the hotel management system that enhances the customer experience
  • Develop an AI engine to tend to the customers
  • Help to identity verification and improve fraud detection capabilities
  • Assist in bringing logistics and inventory tracking at par to bring new buildings online as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Extensive experience in Node.js and React Native
  • Must have a minimum 5 years of experience building enterprise-grade consumer-facing software at scale
  • Prior experience with architectural patterns of high-scale applications
  • Nice to have experience with at least two of the development frameworks (Node.js, React Native, React, and RoR)
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining tests for the code 
  • Comfortable working in a continuous deployment environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
