Job description

A well-established US-based company transforming computing and providing high-quality solutions for people and businesses that are ready to move forward is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of developing features and writing tests to ensure platform stability. The NYSE-listed company is on a mission to transform the world by tapping into the power of advanced technology. This will be a long-term position. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers to develop software solutions 
  • Stay up to date on all current and next-generation technologies
  • Code, test, debug and document software systems according to quality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to debate and collaborate with other team members

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • Extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, HTML/CSS and JavaScript
  • Nice to have experience in SQL, Angular, React, Python and Kafka
  • Demonstrable experience building and running distributed systems
  • Proven track record working with distributed systems and ability to reason with design, architecture, and properties of systems
  • Experience in building distributed systems, microservices, and event messaging
  • Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and React 
  • Experience with server-side technologies such as GRPC, REST, C#, and Python
  • Nice to have experience with messaging technologies concepts including RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka
  • Prior technical experience with Cloud Native software methodologies, automation and lifecycle management, and public/hybrid cloud architectures 
  • Prolific understanding of programming logic patterns 
  • Ability to learn new programming languages and patterns quickly
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and development tool experience such as Git, Docker, PKS
  • Comprehensive expertise in cloud-based software technology landscapes and DevOps ecosystems
  • Nice to have experience with SQL and NoSQL
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements
  • Prolific understanding of system performance and scaling, debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting software
  • Experience in agile software development that enables shorter iterations, fast feedback loops, and the quick deployment of problem-free code
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
