Job description

A US-based company that has developed a software that allows customers to expand their healthcare business in the digital space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Heavy). The selected candidate will contribute to establishing the platform that will significantly disrupt the healthcare industry. The company offers a customized end-to-end healthcare experience, from diagnosis to medication delivery to ongoing care. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work through the complete software development lifecycle, from scratch to launch
  • Design user-based interactions through an impactful front-end architecture framework
  • Develop functional databases, applications, and servers
  • Code for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels
  • Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
  • Manage the database administration and hosting responsibilities
  • Work independently with comfort owning the entire projects and large areas of the code base

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Knowledge of React, Typescript, Next.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
  • Strong back-end skills and expertise in Postgres, GraphQL, SQL, and NoSQL
  • Strong experience in building paid products and services is nice to have
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and startup environment
