Job description

A fast-growing fintech company on a mission to dominate the digital mortgage experience with their innovative solutions is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with the CTO to promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team. The US-based company provides mortgage consumers with a fresh way of connecting with their realtor and loan officer. This will be a full-time role requiring some overlap with the EST time zone.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to plan, design, and execute web architectures from scratch
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to build high-quality products
  • Develop scalable, responsive, and well-documented solutions
  • Work with a holistic, test-oriented approach for troubleshooting, debugging, and scaling software

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Should be well-versed with modern web technologies like PHP
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of languages of SQL
  • Ability to work with technologies like React (for migration) will be helpful
  • Understanding of Android development is preferred
  • Compliance/mortgage experience will be a big advantage
  • Excellent communication skills to work alongside CTO and other members
