Job description

A US-based company transforming the fintech industry by enabling users to take control of their car payments is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks. Customers can use the company's service, which gives them access to competitive rates in minutes. The company has secured $65mn+ in funding during their Series B round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Influence product strategy and the roadmap by working closely with the team
  • Identify opportunities for improving the platform based on data, research, good insight, and creativity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Typescript and Node.js
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, and Next.js
  • Some knowledge of CSS, Vercel, Contentful CMS, and GraphQL tied with Hasura is desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
