Job description

A fast-growing company that has built a platform to handle the repetitive and time-consuming tasks that slow down the process of hiring staff, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Back-End-focused). The engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the software. The company is empowering organizations to be great employers by equipping them with efficient HR technology that addresses costly and time-consuming processes. The selected candidate will work actively to deliver the technology and applications while meeting the set goals. This role requires a minimum of 4 hours overlap with the MST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create features for a user-facing web application 
  • Design, develop, maintain, and monitor services owned by the team 
  • Use a diverse set of resources and technologies to solve problems from start to finish
  • Optimize, scale, and maintain data visualization and dashboarding

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Must have expertise in Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in both verbal and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
