Job description

A fast-emerging company helping sales and marketing teams to discover meaningful relationships that lead to warm introductions and referrals, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will work extensively to build out existing business logic and features and also lend a helping hand in designing the system architecture. The company focuses on unlocking relationships and helping customers engage their target prospects. The selected candidate will join the team led by experienced entrepreneurs, engineers and technology leaders to build tools and technology designed to simplify the discovery, engagement, and introduction process for sales teams. It is a full-time, long-term position that requires a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively and also independently to build architectures that meet the rising demands
  • Approach development from the perspective of the end-user and consistently identify areas for improvement
  • Provide enhancements and support to existing technology
  • Continuously improving software engineering practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Must have experience in Ruby on Rails
  • Independent and responsible with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a high-paced environment 
  • Experience and passion for building complex, performant, responsive, and accessible software solutions
