Job description

A leading digital customer engagement platform for financial institutions is looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer. As part of the team, the engineer will design, create and maintain the platform using various technologies. The company firmly believes in Augmented Intelligence as a means to enhance the human banking approach through one-on-one customer interactions supported by cutting-edge conversational AI for banks. This job presents a great chance for the candidate to tackle interesting challenges in AI and machine learning to boost customer engagement and increase profitability.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the platform using the latest technologies
  • Provide innovative solutions for complex issues
  • Handle the entire development cycle from the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Take responsibility for improving systems and products, making them more predictable and reliable

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Experience in the design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed applications
  • High standards for code quality, testing, and performance
  • Comfortable tackling new problems and thinking outside the box
  • Highly motivated, fast learner, and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
