Job description

A fast-growing virtual recruiter that enables recruiting and staffing firms to automate candidate screening at scale while maintaining the human touch is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be building AI products, unique AI models (including multiple patents), and leading solid teams to successfully ship the company's product. The early-stage startup strives to build products that will deliver sustained value to businesses and delightful experiences to all the candidates who engage with them. This is an exciting chance for developers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while building ground-breaking innovative products. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build the product end-user experience powered by scalable conversational speech bots, analytics pipelines, and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
  • Build intuitive, fluid, responsive, robust, high performant UX that lay the foundation for a game-changing conversational experience
  • Build the product end-user UX 
  • Develop the underlying libraries, frameworks, and services to support the application
  • Build and maintain cloud services on Azure (Microsoft cloud)
  • Support customer deployments
  • Build integrations with additional third-party platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience building and shipping products
  • 5+ years of experience working with React.js  
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages like NodeJS, HTML, and CSS
  • Prior experience building intuitive, responsive, and modern UI experiences
  • Extensive experience integrating with back-end services
  • Working experience with other technologies like C#, Java, C/C++, Python, and Angular is desirable
  • Nice to have extensive DevOps experience
