Job description

A top platform that provides mentorships to engineering leaders across industries is looking for an experienced Full-stack Engineer to join their fast-growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining the technical architecture for the company’s product and establishing the development norms and methods for the team. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring the quality by reviewing the team’s code. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best engineering and product leaders in the world. Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain top quality by reviewing the team’s code
  • Optimize the performance and responsiveness in demanding products
  • Build and maintain various development, test, staging, pre-production, and production environments 
  • Develop a clear and concise documentation process
  • Participate in all aspects of the company and contribute to the roadmap

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-7+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python
  • Prior experience contributing to open source projects is nice to have
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
