Job description

An NYSE-listed performance enhancement platform that assists businesses across the world to address challenges that demand behavioral changes is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will work with the product team to build a learning platform on a modern tech stack. The company is developing products that allow businesses to train their employees and overcome their most pressing people-related problems at scale. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to rub shoulders with industry veterans and climb through the ranks quickly. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop testable, readable, and maintainable code and ship products
  • Boost the customer-centric culture and advocate for continuous improvement
  • Participate meaningfully in technical discussions and decision-making
  • Work actively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on specifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Prolific experience with Python/Django and React
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails is strongly preferred
  • Strong drive to continually improve upon your expertise and share knowledge
  • Demonstrable skills in shipping high-quality software
  • Expertise in various engineering aspects, including performance, security, privacy, accessibility, etc.
  • Prior startup experience and leading, mentoring, or managing a team of software engineers 
  • Solid expertise in architecting or refactoring systems of moderate complexity is desired
