Job description

A fast-growing start-up that provides customers and private equity firms turnkey solutions is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate must have prior experience in the financial space to work effectively on projects and will be reporting directly to the Tech Lead. The company is building a marketplace that allows people to invest in unique assets, private equity firms, etc. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the EST/PST time zones.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a high degree of ambiguity while working on the project
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Manage and maintain clear and proper documentation
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
  • Collaborate across various teams involving many stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant full-stack engineering experience 
  • 2+ years of experience with React, Django, Python, AWS, and Terraform 
  • Expertise in effective system design  
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills 
  • Strong in product and business knowledge
  • Ability to execute tasks actively with little to no direction
