Job description

A leading venture studio that helps businesses and individuals explore new and impactful ideas and technologies, is looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions and creating a seamless user experience by applying technical expertise in the full-stack web development. The company is on a mission to empower talented people to improve some parts of the world through entrepreneurial vision and technological innovation. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the EST timezone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, project managers, business users, and other engineers to achieve practical solutions
  • Provide continuous recommendations for improvement
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate the technology
  • Write clean code and enforce software development standards

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Extensive experience working with JavaScript and related frameworks
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, start-up environment
