Full-Stack Engineer

A rapidly developing company that connects consumers with artists to build unique projects is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be creating web application components for the e-commerce platform. The US-based company is quickly becoming a reputable marketplace for all things design. They source creative, original content from a global network of independent artists and directly sell the finest creations to consumers. The company has managed to raise $295 mn+ during their Series E round. This will be a full-time role that may lead to long-term opportunity and requires 8+ hours overlap with the EST/PST time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to transform vision, specs, and mocks into reality
• Build the next generation creative marketplace platform from scratch
• Help shape culture and build the workplace environment
• Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
• Extensive experience with Python, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Solid understanding of Redux and GraphQL is desirable
• Nice to have prior e-commerce experience
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication
• Great documentation and management skills
