Job description

A fast-growing company on a quest to enhance care delivery and operational inefficiencies in the healthcare revenue cycle by revolutionizing the usage of unstructured data is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The developer will primarily work on the core product and platform while solving complex and challenging problems. The company's technology enables health organizations to improve data quality, optimize reimbursements, and enable real-time access to actionable data for use across the health system. The company has managed to raise $2.5 mn+ in funding so far. This will be a long-term, full-time role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineers across the stack, UX designers, and product managers to transform customer feedback into delightful experiences
  • Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture
  • Architect features across the front-end and back-end and harden current components
  • Ship high-quality, battle-tested code with best engineering practices at hand
  • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation, including triaging and addressing production issues as they arise

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • Proven track record of architecting, implementing, optimizing, deploying, and maintaining software applications
  • Extensive working knowledge of React, Node, and Typescript
  • Nice to have some prior experience with Python, C#, Golang, etc.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and adjust in response to customer feedback
  • Experience in communicating with customers to collect requirements and describe software features
  • Prior experience working on a data-driven product backed by ML or AI is desirable
  • Nice to have experience working as an engineer in healthcare or in highly regulated industries that require strict data privacy regulations
  • Prior experience running experiments and measuring the customer impact due to front-end changes
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
