Job Responsibilities:

Lead thorough code analysis and provide expert suggestions to improve code quality, drawing upon extensive experience
Collaborate closely with a team of designers and engineers to craft cutting-edge, user-friendly UIs, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
Stay abreast of market trends and innovative problem-solving strategies through rigorous research, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in the tech industry, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with GraphQL and React, and 1+ years with Spring Boot, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
Proven track record in developing and maintaining resilient back-end systems, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful projects
Solid grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, effectively applying these practices
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
Proficiency in English, complemented by strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
