Job description

A U.S.-based company transforming the healthcare industry by delivering data-driven insights and actionable strategies that reduce costs while improving patient outcomes is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be working in an Agile/Scrum environment to consistently deliver features to internal stakeholders and clients. The company is determined to alter how pharmaceutical benefits are administered and priced nationwide in order to bring about long-lasting social change. The company has securely managed to raise more than $200mn during their Series C round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist product managers and designers to categorize product requirements before deployment
  • Work alongside developers to build efficient APIs for business processes and reliable patterns for interactions with API on the front-end
  • Adhere to the best practices in a stateful application framework (React/Redux)
  • Build products following best practices in a serverless, cloud-based application paradigm (Flask/AWS Lambda/ECS)
  • Make informed architectural choices with proper evaluation and proven solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must have a strong grasp of a broad range of technical skills
  • Must be able to work with technologies like React/Redux on the front-end
  • Experience in working with Python for back-end development is required
  • Excellent knowledge of developing applications on AWS using services like AWS Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, SMS, and ECS
  • Strong understanding of testing across multiple paradigms
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
