Job description

A rapidly-growing company specializing in simplifying the shopping experience for women who are 5 feet or under is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for refining inventory based on consumer preferences to make the garment selection process more efficient. The company has been featured in Forbes, Reader’s Digest, and CNN, to name a few. This is an incredible opportunity for developers to join an innovative company creating game-changing inventions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To make the apparel selection process more efficient, filter inventory based on consumer preferences
  • Simple machine learning that would base future recommendations on previous purchases
  • Back-end integration of survey platform so that clients may change it as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues and solve problems where needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React
  • Familiarity with RSpec and building recommender systems 
  • Good English communication skills
