Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is building an efficient platform for legal associate referral recruitment is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be collaborating with other developers to design and optimize code and build better products. The U.S.-based company is enabling job-seeking associates to connect with staff at organizations they want to join and receive a referral. This will be a full-time long-term role position. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and improve the company's application with a performance-focused approach
  • Support the development and upkeep of engineering standards, tools, and procedures
  • Improve the platform's performance and address scaling difficulties
  • Support and mentor other team members

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Experience working with AWS PostgreSQL SQL database
  • Demonstrable experience working with S3 Storage, PubNub Chat, and Agora Video Chat
  • Prolific experience with SES Email Delivery, along with other security/compliance and management tools
  • Familiarity with Auth0 User authorization and access control
  • Fluent in English communication
