Job description

A fast-emerging Edtech company that aims to empower a generation of happy, healthy kids is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for creating web design features and overseeing projects from conception to finish. The company focuses on building products that equally value the mental and physical health of kids, their families, and educators to create a daily dose of positive energy. This position presents a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a high-energy, collaborative, remote team environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advocate rapid iteration and agile approaches to software development
  • Maintain high performance and compatibility across platforms
  • Be a full-fledged contributor and help interdisciplinary teams
  • Build high-performant, self-contained, and testable code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience in Ruby on Rails, Next.js, React Native, and MySQL
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to ensure system coherence and scalability
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
