Job description

A U.S.-based company that is on a mission to encourage, educate, and empower clients to take enjoyable, inexpensive, and culturally enlightening tours to Europe, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be tasked with managing the entire lifecycle of the product from design to documentation. The company is committed to assisting people in embracing travel as a potent tool for understanding and improving the world in which we live. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the software is delivered to production in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner
  • Create reliable and stable software to produce the intended result
  • Make sure that outputs are appealing to the eye and easy to employ
  • Develop features and testing to make sure the platform is stable

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Ruby on Rails
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Stripe, Heroku, and Git
  • Some knowledge of Cordova, Salesforce, and ColdFusion is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
