Job description

A fast-growing company leveraging the power of technology to help businesses turn customers into loyal advocates is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for fine-tuning the product and upgrading the existing tech stack to ensure the quality of the product. Businesses can use the company's revolutionary promotion, community, and engagement platform to organize their customers and increase referral leads, reference calls, social media advocacy, and product reviews. This will be a long-term role requiring some overlap with the EST time zone. The company has managed to secure more than $56mn in funding so far. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to build the best customer marketing product in the world
  • Improve the overall design of the website, keeping them clean and maintainable
  • Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and availability
  • Estimate assignments precisely

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Extensive experience in Redux, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React
  • Prolific experience in PostgreSQL
  • Nice to have experience in GraphQL, GitLab, and Docker
  • Experience in Redis and AWS is a plus 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Ruby
  • Experience in GraphQL APIs a plus
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience building front-end and Single Page Applications (SPAs) using ReactJS, Redux, Functional JavaScript
  • Demonstrable experience in analyzing, designing, and developing complex code bases and software systems, including API design techniques
  • Solid database skills (regarding integrity, design, performance, etc.)
  • Problem-solving outlook with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
