Job description

A US-based company developing a custom-built technological platform with the goal of providing a holistic film screening experience is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing end-to-end web architecture. The platform offers flexible and comprehensive digital cinema solutions for film festivals, theatres, and distribution partners. This will be a full-time position.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate engineering best practices in the software
  • Understand product requirements, write scalable code and handle the feature implementation 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to build effective relationships and support them to deliver quality products for the company
  • Constantly learn new technologies and frameworks to make the development process more efficient

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • Prolific experience in JavaScript, Node.js, React
  • Demonstrable experience in streaming media delivery, ticketing, or other related fields
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
