A NASDAQ-listed company building an efficient mobile e-commerce platform to revolutionize the shopping industry is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be expected to contribute innovative ideas to the development of the next roadmap. The platform enables businesses of all sizes to sell a huge variety of affordable products to consumers all over the world. The company has managed to raise more than $1.2bn during their Series H round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance the communication channels and build new software systems
Iterate on ideas and ship projects quickly
Conduct optimization experiments on various campaigns with an audience base of a million every day across push, email, and other platforms
Build novel new campaign concepts to better engage users and drive long-term user retention
Improve the performance and scalability of the back-end processing systems
Build scalable ML models based on user retention and behaviors
Learn quickly and be willing to take calculated risks

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
Demonstrable creative thinking ability with the proficiency to validate them with data-driven methods.
Solid understanding of the entire engineering stack, and how each piece fits together in a high-performance system
Exposure to DevOps and related tools, including Docker is a plus
Experience in marketing automation is a bonus
