Job description

A rapidly growing B2B SaaS company that works in the HR space and assists companies with the correct compensation for their employees is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with a small team of engineers and building the products from scratch. The organization helps the companies to understand the compensation in the particular industry with the help of a real-time platform. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers to work collaboratively and rise quickly through the ranks.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete development of the new modules and features for the SaaS product
  • Work directly with the technical co-founders
  • Contribute to every phase of the development cycle
  • Handle everything, from planning and architecting to implementation
  • Engage in code reviews and maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must have experience in Typescript, NextJS (React), and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of ExpressJS and PostgreSQL is required
  • Ability to work well in a small team, with high accountability and reliability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking
