Job description

A US-based company that aims at making meetings convenient and productive for everyone is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected developer will concentrate on creating patterns and surfaces that inspire new, powerful meeting-planning behaviors. The organization has created a platform that offers its clients everything they require to book meeting spaces and execute their hybrid events in a seamless manner. The company has successfully raised close to $10mn in funding.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Gauge user’s needs and create solutions that guide them to where they need to go
  • Actively collaborate with peers to identify innovative approaches to solutions 
  • Work with the design and product team and on different projects using different technologies
  • Continuously identify innovative solutions to reduce waste, focus on what’s most important, and ship deliverables rapidly
  • Take a pragmatic approach to understanding your team and unlocking their potential
  • Take pride in owning projects from ideation to completion

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with React, Typescript, PHP, and Laravel
  • Extensive experience in Laravel and PHP
  • Ability to make thoughtful decisions and reasoning
  • Proven record of making foundational engineering decisions that were right and scaled 
  • Demonstrable experience in solving issues on the spot with difficult, atypical problems
  • Prolific experience in MVC and MVVM 
  • Solid understanding of Websockets, Internationalization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of async processing
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-moving, startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
