Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company specializing in synthetic production and specialty chemical compounds and drug development, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be building and maintaining full-stack applications across systems. The company provides unique precision at a scale and works in service of people who are changing the world for the better. They have managed to raise more than $500mn in funding so far. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside stakeholders and designers to define intuitive web applications for eCommerce and lab management systems
  • Assist in requirements gathering, technical specification, the design and development of applications and user-facing features
  • Build, test, deploy, and monitor your code through all states of a software development lifecycle
  • Implement software engineering best practices using examples, participating in code reviews, producing tools, and drafting documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer
  • Should be able to build new applications using technologies like React and Python 
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB in a microservices environment
  • Strong grasp over AWS-based development
  • Must possess experience of working with version control systems such as GitHub
  • Familiarity with CICD development and maintenance process will be helpful
