Job description

The selected candidate must have some Salesforce knowledge, and will be using their expertise to deliver high-quality projects to the business. Job Responsibilities:

Work on multiple projects, taking them through solution design, build, testing, and deployment
Build and configure Salesforce custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflow's, process builder, APEX logic, Sharing rules, Flows and Approval Processes, LWCs, and more
Design and implement solutions in a way that is simple, intuitive, and will meet business requirements.
Ensure security, integrity, and consistency of business data
Develop knowledge of business workflow and processes
Create complex reports and dashboards
Translate knowledge into business solutions that are scalable and easily maintainable on the systems, including the Salesforce platform
Create process flow diagrams to represent the logic and algorithms used to implement the business rules and requirements
Improve and maintain the development pipeline

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, APEX, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST-based web services, and SOQL
Strong experience building Salesforce front-end and back-end solutions
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API
Experience with Salesforce Communities is nice to have
Experience writing documentation and process flows
Passionate and experienced in CI/CD
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Clear insight into Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines, and governor limits
