Job description

The selected candidate must have some Salesforce knowledge, and will be using their expertise to deliver high-quality projects to the business. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple projects, taking them through solution design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Build and configure Salesforce custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflow's, process builder, APEX logic, Sharing rules, Flows and Approval Processes, LWCs, and more
  • Design and implement solutions in a way that is simple, intuitive, and will meet business requirements.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and consistency of business data
  • Develop knowledge of business workflow and processes
  • Create complex reports and dashboards
  • Translate knowledge into business solutions that are scalable and easily maintainable on the systems, including the Salesforce platform
  • Create process flow diagrams to represent the logic and algorithms used to implement the business rules and requirements
  • Improve and maintain the development pipeline

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a  full-stack developer
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, APEX, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST-based web services, and SOQL
  • Strong experience building Salesforce front-end and back-end solutions
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities is nice to have
  • Experience writing documentation and process flows
  • Passionate and experienced in CI/CD
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Clear insight into Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines, and governor limits
