Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is working with all ecosystem partners to improve health outcomes at a population level is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be working closely with the CTO, founders, Engineering Manager, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain the platform’s mobility and web technologies. The company is at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation thanks to its proprietary technology, which combines mobility, AI/Deep Learning, neural networks, and IoT. They have managed to raise more than $15mn in funding so far. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the product development roadmap and deliver high-quality software
  • Code the front-end and synchronize on requirements for the task at hand
  • Resolve issues and queries with the back-end team for correct end-to-end communication
  • Manage end-to-end delivery operations of the product engineering team for all products related to React development
  • Develop project plans and communicate with various stakeholders to align delivery timelines with the overall business strategy
  • Create/contribute to detailed sprint plans and manage work allocation of self and development teams
  • Conduct code reviews and feature audits to ensure the overall quality of tech assets
  • Help the team hire the right team members for various projects per need basis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience working with Android, iOS, and React Native
  • Extensive experience with Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript, React, and MEAN/MERN
  • Must be well-versed with various development methodologies (Agile, waterfall & Evolutionary Prototyping) and quality assurance frameworks
  • Experience in JavaScript, Typescript, ES6 or newer
  • Prior experience working with React, React-Native, Redux/Flux, HeadlessJS, Ajax, JSON, and RESTful web services
  • Extensive experience working with Object-Oriented Programming, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive web apps, and Git/Github
  • Solid understanding of various design patterns, including MVC, MVVM, etc
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end development projects on Mobile and web technologies 
  • Experience of working in a product company is nice to have
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Exceptional coding skills ability to write unit/automation tests
