Job description

As a developer, you will work actively to build digital products and full-stack features with a measurable impact. The company is backed by leading venture organizations and leverages software, education, and community products to scale the solution. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions that shape the long term foundation of the digital products
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business operations teams to brainstorm on new product ideas and features
  • Participate in building the engineering culture and organization
  • Think and develop solutions in terms of product, not just code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 3+ years experience using MVC web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails)
  • Experience with AWS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Great zeal to tackle new problem spaces and figure out the right solution
  • Have an empathetic approach and passion for solving customer’s problems
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
