As a developer, you will work actively to build digital products and full-stack features with a measurable impact. Job Responsibilities:

Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions that shape the long term foundation of the digital products
Collaborate with product, design, and business operations teams to brainstorm on new product ideas and features
Participate in building the engineering culture and organization
Think and develop solutions in terms of product, not just code

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
3+ years experience using MVC web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails)
Experience with AWS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Great zeal to tackle new problem spaces and figure out the right solution
Have an empathetic approach and passion for solving customer’s problems
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
