Job description

A US-based company building scalable outsourcing technology for property management teams is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be expected to deliver products incrementally to provide value to the business. The company also provides businesses with insights on workplace technology and team building in hospitality. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a highly talented cross-functional team to design, develop and deliver new products and features that millions of shoppers will use
  • Collaborate with other engineers to solve complex problems
  • Stay abreast of the ever-changing technology landscape to identify the best tools and technologies for the problems they are solving
  • Write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure that they are shipping high-quality, maintainable code
  • Build and Leverage the CI/CD pipeline to deploy code to production several times daily
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of product functionality.
  • Ensure that the platform scales elegantly with increasing volume from our partners and team members

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Well-versed with the fundamentals of object-oriented software design and development
  • Thorough understanding of web app development and its best practices
  • Expertise in working with Python and React
  • Ability to utilize frameworks like React/Vue.js/Ember.js
  • Deep understanding of server technologies like Node.js, Ruby, etc
  • Well-versed in technologies like GraphQL and REST interfaces
  • Past experience of relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Aurora, Firebase, and Redis
  • Thorough understanding of testing approaches and frameworks, including unit testing and automated functional testing
  • Ability to write and communicate fluently in English
