Job description

A fast-growing company operating a financial trade platform based on blockchain-based protocols is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be tasked with designing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring services and products owned by the team. The company enables users to tap into potent crypto liquidity assets by bridging the gap between traditional financing. They have managed to raise more than $1mn in funding so far. The ideal candidate is expected to be well-versed in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Build effective and maintainable software solutions
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Navigate through deadlines and other obstacles in order to deliver quality results under time crunches

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 4-7+ years of experience building production software systems
  • Proven experience developing web applications with slick user interfaces in MERN stack
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies and lead others in acquiring new skills
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
  • Expert proficiency with SQL/NoSQL and modeling data in complex domains
  • Experience with AWS Azure Cloud Services is preferred
  • Following TDD will be nice to have
